Family Therapy
Family therapy refers to treatment that involves two or more family members. Issues that impact the entire family are addressed to change unhealthy patterns and to assist family members in developing new skills. Family therapy explores self-defeating patters and builds on existing strengths in the family.

Play Therapy
In the process of growing up, children can experience difficulty coping at home, school, with divorce, trauma, or loss. Play is the child’s natural way of communicating just as talking is the adult’s natural way of communicating. When children can communicate or play out how they feel with a trained therapist in a safe and protected space they feel free to express their tensions, conflicts, and frustrations, which leads to emotional maturity, empowerment, healing, respect for others, and faith in themselves.

Sandplay Therapy
Sandplay is a therapeutic approach which has been developing for the last seventy years. The term sand tray is used generically when referring to therapeutic work in which a shallow sand tray with small miniatures is used therapeutically with children and adults to provide them a creative form of symbolic play. This allows an outlet for expression of feelings in a safe environment.

Infant-Parent Therapy
Infant-parent therapy is a supportive form of counseling used with pregnant women and parents with children under two years of age. Issues that are often addressed include: postpartum depression, adjustment to parenthood, childhood sleeping and eating disorders, attachment, bonding, and child development. The infant or toddler attends sessions with the parent or parents, and the therapist assists then by reinforcing positive interactions. Both private and group instruction in Infant Massage is also available.

Couple Counseling
Couples often seek out counseling to understand one another more fully by addressing issues of communication, conflict, equality, intimacy, parenting, and general dissatisfaction. Often times there is also a mental health issue impacting the couple, for example, addiction or depression. Couple counseling provides couples with a better understanding of patterns and behaviors and ways of changing behaviors to strengthen their relationship.
