Paulette has a special interest in early childhood development. She specializes in infant-parent psychotherapy, play-therapy, and family therapy. She is also certified as an Infant Massage Instructor. She has been trained in Depth Psychology and is currently researching the emotional significance of touch in early development. She enjoys working with families on parenting issues and strengthening family attachment through the power of play.

Gordana Brabson is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 8 years of experience in providing therapy and counseling to individuals, families and couples of all ages and cultural backgrounds.

She holds a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology from the Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpenteria. In her clinical work she focuses on the relational aspects of the presenting problems. She believes that the best therapeutic approach is unique to each client. She also believes that each individual has the capacity to self heal and the ability to find ways to live happy and fulfilling life.

Her clinical training and expertise include therapeutic work with children, adolescents, adult individuals, couples, family and group therapy.

She has extensive experience in treating a variety of clinical issues including teenagers, parenting, behavioral issues, trauma, childhood abuse issues, eating disorders and body image distortion, substance abuse and recovery, blended families, domestic violence, anger management, grief, loss, anxiety and depression.She has worked in residential, day treatment, and outpatient settings.

Gordana is a clinical member of California Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (CAMFT) and speaks Serbo-Croatian fluently.

Gordana lives in Santa Maria with her husband and two teenage daughters.
